I don't think I uploaded this one yet... I just know I drew it a long time ago. Anywho it's my Neco Coneco looking cute and happy... Ah the joys of a bi-polar kitty... They're all happy, then while you're petting them they suddenly scratch you and bite your hand because you pet them too much! Or maybe not enough... I'm not sure.
