I guess flash can only take rendering so many lines... (Right click to zoom!) This was originally going to be a rollover activity... thing. But I can't add a single line or anything to it without Flash spazzing and crashing It drives me nuts cuz the color is so... flat. I want to add shadow, and highlights, and hues, but I can't because then... CRASH! Rough sketch done by someone in the biology dept (???), I'm just the digital inker on this one.
With a mouse I don't think I would have even attempted it. With my tablet this ended up taking around nine hours or so. Thank you for the compliment ^_^
Wow. Did you draw all of that using Flash's pen tool, or did you use Illustrator? You're very brave if you used Flash's tool. Sucks so bad next to Illustrator. Very cool looking though.
Thanks! Actually, I used the pencil tool (never could quite get the hang of the pen tool...) in Flash. I prefer drawing in Flash myself, but do often cross over between the two programs as each is better at certain things.
This illustration (of human muscles) is made up of lotsa lines.
Ummm, well you've gotta know flash a bit, photoshop raster doesn't cross over into flash vector on memory usage n' shiznaz.... Prolly a lot of people who DO use flash probably don't get it either.
But this is quite the amazing anatomy you got there. :3
