The 2015 Tournament of Flash Artists is about to kick off!!! In a tournament style animation competition you can see how you compare to other animators from all over the world, and how close you can get to the top through several challenging rounds! If you think you’ve got what it takes to come out on top, to be the best of the best, and reign as Flash Champion then join Tofa today!
Instead of ABS Forums, the tournament will be hosted on
the Albino Blacksheep Facebook group. Join the group to register for the tournament. You can also volunteer for voice acting if you’d like to help our competitors- be sure to share your reel so we know what your voice sounds like. If you don’t animate, or voice act, or compose music then come sit on the sidelines and cheer you favorite artist on to victory! The tournament begins June 2015. Hurry! Time is running out.

If anyone has been waiting for an opportunity to get art from me now's your chance! It could make a great gift if you know someone who wants their character drawn too.
This is a sample pricing list of what I generally charge in US dollars. If you don't see a sample price for what you want, send me a note or an email at avidsart AT Gmail dot com and we chat about what you want drawn
Illustration work:
Drawings may include a simple background. If you are interested innmore detailed backgrounds or sequential art scenes, we can discuss it. Obviously the complexity and time spent on each project will make the price fluctuate (I.E. if the character is very simple I'd charge less than $75 for a full color.
Photoshop Cleanup:
Simple Color Correction/Enhancement: $10
Cropping/Rotating: $10
Blemish Removal/Face Touch-ups: $25 per image
For any other Photoshop work please request a quote and include the image in question that needs cleanup. I can do image restoration, but the amount of work/cost can very greatly from piece to piece.
Animations:
Simple Avatar loop - $25
Full Animation - $500-$2000 per minute depending entirely on the complexity and pre-production needed
(Additional charges apply for music/sfx/voice acting as I have to hire and pay these people)
I will not start until payment is sent; however, for orders over $20, you can request to send the first half before I begin, and the second half when you receive the final image/animation. Please note that for this, I will send each step watermarked at a low quality before the final payment is received.
I use Paypal preferably.

- Hey, so I was thinking of doing a LIVE STREAM this Saturday drawing FNAF characters and taking pay-what-you-can commissions if anyone wants one. Anyone have any tips? I haven't done many live streams before (though I've heard there are better host-sites as Live-stream is kind of clunky now) and I'm a little scared no one may show up. It's like throwing a party and you got all the decorations and food and music but aren't sure how to let all the cool peeps know about it.
- If did a Saturday live stream would you folks be interested?

Fig says the reptilians will be returning to the surface of the Earth in 15 days. Most people will be eaten. Those who will be spared are the ones that taste bad, so stock up on hot-sauce and bathe in it starting in 14 days. You'll be the last to be eaten. Probably. That doesn't mean we might not slow cook you into spicy jerkey, it all depends on a number of factors. Anyway, enjoy these last fifteen days as much as any human can. You have my pity.
